This is a Marcus Cole (from Babylon 5) appreciation blog.
“Marcus, this is the kind of conversation that can only end in a gunshot.”
"Oh, bugger… now I have to wait for somebody to wake up…"
“You know, I used to think that it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn’t it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe.”
- Marcus Cole “Babylon 5”
This is a Sim of Marcus Cole. He can’t cook, so while entertaining the Caliente sisters, he started a big fire, which he heroically extinguished. He has a job as a team mascot. He dances around while wearing dirty looking pajamas.
He is single.
OH MY GOD
Yeah, shut up, I’m a bit late in the day for this, but today, February 22, 2013, is the twentieth anniversary of the airing of The Gathering, the original Babylon 5 pilot.
Guess what I’m about to watch?
The Dude abides. [MD]
Boxes.
(In which Marcus is both easily amused and easily bored.)
The end of the Shadow War.

Marcus Cole was a later addition to the cast, coming in at season 3 but he quickly became a favourite character of mine with his witty lines, his physical prowess as a Ranger and of course, that accent and that hair (no, seriously, he’s got better hair than I do, that’s not fair). He’s also an interesting character precisely because he’s not associated with the Earth Alliance or Earthforce like Sheridan or Susan Ivanova is so his perspective on matters can be pretty interesting.
Anyways, like before, if you’re planning on watching this show at any point there’s potential spoilers ahead! as I will be talking about her character development from the first time she appeared in the show right up to her last appearance. But of course, I try to keep it as vague as I can whenever so that you can still enjoy it ^_~

GAAA IT’S SO ADORABLE
Hey Babylon 5 people! Here’s a Christmas present for you!
I finally managed to capture and upload my copy of a panel I attended in 2010 at Dragon*Con in Atlanta. It was billed as “Ivanova and Marcus reunited” but well, it didn’t really come out that way.
I honestly think it’s better if you watch it without knowing what’s going to happen so you can feel what I felt sitting there.
